Building and Vehicle Fire

High Point Fire and auto aid partners Pageland Fire and Sandhills Fire responded to a report of a structure fire on Pine Grove Rd.

Upon arrival, High Point Engine 51 found a storage building, a car, and tires burning, with the fire threatening additional vehicles and a nearby home. Firefighters deployed a hose line from Engine 51 to attack the fire. Pageland Engine 2 arrived and was assigned to use their deck gun to attack the fire. Additional apparatus and personnel from all departments provided manpower and established a water supply.

The cause of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
