Landing Zone

High Point Fire District responded to the Pageland Airport to establish a safe landing zone for an inbound MedCenter Air helicopter meeting a Lifeguard ambulance for a medical emergency.

Engine 51 positioned inside the airport fence while Engine 31 positioned outside the fence. Firefighters checked the landing area for debris, then assisted with patient packaging and loading once the helicopter arrived.
