Rubbish and Woods Fire

High Point Fire District responded to a woods fire on Black Creek Church Road. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered that a rubbish fire had extended into the surrounding wooded area.

Brush 23 and Brush 13 utilized their front turrets to knock down the main body of the fire. Crews then used hose lines and hand tools from Brush 13 to establish a fire break and ensure full extinguishment of the affected area.
